Festive Light & Star Shirt

What you need:

• Zim's Christmas Light stamp
• Zim's Pointy Star stamp
• Zim's Little Star stamp
• ZimPaint: Red, Yellow, Light Green, Blue, Black
• A white cotton tee-shirt, sweatshirt or other garment

How to make it:

• Paint the bulb with a bright color. Paint the base black. Now you can stamp both colors at one time! Stamp a lop-sided string of lights. Move down a few inches or so & do some more in the same way. Finish all the bulbs of that color, then wash & dry the stamp, and switch to a new color.
• To keep your rows straight, fold up the hem of the shirt, and use it as an easy guide!
• Don't stamp any yellow lights. Save yellow for Point Stars stamped between your strings of lights.
• Use yellow "Little Star" stamp to handily fill in any leftover areas - it's a great trick!
• If you like, you can substitute Christmas Trees for Big Stars, or use them both!
• As always, let your shirt dry a bit, flip it and stamp the other side. When it's dry, iron it to heat-set. After that, the colors will stay bright and permanent - they can even be bleached!
