Learn How to Fabric Stamp
Embellishments
Mix a solution of diluted green ZimPaint (the paint needs to be very diluted, so it'll flow freely from bottle) & pour into squeeze bottle.  Screw on the #5 metal tip.  Use the squeeze bottle like a marker to draw squiggles, streamers, & curls (practice on scrap fabric first).  The diluted paint should flow out of the bottle without any squeezing or pressure being applied.  As the embellishments dry, the paint will soak into the fabric - so there will be no raised, sticky paint on the fabric surface.  If your paint is not diluted enough, it won't soak in all the way (which is ok).
When the entire garment is dry, heat-set by ironing on the wrong side or with a pressing cloth.

You're done!
